We are pleased to announce that following the recruitment of specialist landlord and tenant and property litigation solicitor, Sian Meredith, from Pain Smith Solicitors that we have launched a specialised team dedicated to assisting residential and commercial landlords, tenants, property managers and letting agents.

Our new specialised service will provide speedy and (where possible) fixed cost services relating to possession claims, rent recovery, forfeiture, disrepair claims, service charge disputes, tenancy deposit disputes, HMO disputes, contested lease extension and enfranchisement matters and general property litigation matters including boundary and right of way disputes and claims in professional negligence.

The firm has also been selected to the legal panel of the national landlord’s organisation, The Landlord Association, in view of its increasing workload and specialism in this area.
